Tofu making started by the destined encounters

A salt craftsman in Kozagawa town who had terminal cancer strongly recommended me to make Tofu with soybeans, the gift from mountains and Nigari (Bittern), the gift from the ocean. An elder woman who is the greatest Tofu master in Ryujin village came to my factory and made such a great Tofu when I was in trouble making Tofu. LOIN’s Tofu is not something I make by myself, but it is something that everybody who once had lived and who lives now in this area makes though me.
